It's a deck with images clearly inspired by the Cthulu mythos -- indeed, the word "Necronomicon" is used in the deck's title for all languages except English (due to North American copyright issues, perhaps?). The images do a fine job of capturing a Lovecraft-esque universe, though the results are probably too dark for the tastes of many tarot readers. If the images don't appeal for readings, however, it may be worth bearing in mind that the rich drama depicted here would lend itself well to making this a fine story-telling deck.
